Help with login

I don't have an account yet

Each team has at least one team captain. He or she received a login code from your tutor. The team captain can register other team members. He needs your name and e-mail address in order to create your account. So please contact your team captain, and ask him to register you. After registration, an e-mail will be automatically sent to you.

I have an account, but I cannot login

1. Your username is the e-mail address with which you were registered, or in the case of the team captain, it is the username that your tutor provided. Did you forget your password, click on the link "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login page.

2. After registration, an e-mail will be sent to you containing an activation link. You have four weeks to activate your account. If you have not received this e-mail, please check if it ended up in your spam folder. If the activation period expired, ask your team captain to delete your account and to create a new one for you.

3. When the team captain is unable to log in, please consult your tutor. He or she can look up the team captain login code in the administration module.

4. You are not supposed to contact the helpdesk with login problems, but if you don't see any way around it, they of course stand ready to support you. You can contact us via helpdesk@bizzgames.nl.
